LISTEN TO THE PROMPT ON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM
Don't get mad at me if I have to transfer your dumb ass to technical support because you didn't hear the part that asked if you were having problems with your service!!!! They usually seem to get the english or spanish option right.... why do they push the option for new customers? Or does my company simply have idiots that subscribe? Yeah, when it asks if you need help.... IT'S TOTALLY OK TO ADMIT IT! Getting to me isn't going to help you.... Not that I can't help you, but because you are such a moron and wasted my fucking time, now I'm NOT going to help you just to make your life a little more difficult.
